A job as trainee recruitment consultant is the ultimate startersjob. You need little to no experience. Just a good dose of ambition, drive, guts and communicative skills.

In the role of 360 recruitment consultant you learn in a short period of time the basics of how to do business. What makes it cool is you start from scratch and everything you do is a 100% for your own account.

You will learn a.o.:

  • to present and sell yourself (both face to face, as by phone, via mail and social media)
  • define a market proposition
  • find out your prospects on both the candidate and the customer side
  • offer your services to the market >> sales!
  • match supply and demand
  • manage an interview process
  • helping a candidate to a nice new job and your customer to his or her desired reinforcement in the team

A lot of skills are needed to be able to do this successfully, and as a result you develop yourself in a short period of time. Together with this personal growth you will also earn greatly. Average between 70k and 80k gross in your 2nd year!
