This Privacy Statement from YOURAGENT applies to all our activities and applies to both professionals and clients.
We respect the privacy of all people who come into contact with YOURAGENT. That is why we ensure that the personal information you share with us is treated and processed confidentially (processing is every action regarding a personal data from moment of collection to destruction: consulting, saving, sharing with third parties, deletion, etc.) .We act in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG).
All our processing activities have as goal: mediation of (interim) professionals to a new assignment / function. We can not provide this service without your data.
Before we go further into data processing, we would first like to point out your rights:
- The right to forgetfulness. This means that you have the right to be 'forgotten'. You can withdraw your permission and you can submit a request to have your data removed from our systems by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

We take the privacy of our customers and candidates seriously. 2. WHO ARE WE
YOURAGENT is a proprietorship with limited liability. We are based in Amsterdam and are registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 85877824.
3. AIM FOR PROCESSING
YOURAGENT collects, processes and stores personal data for the following purposes:
- identifying and assessing candidates for (future) jobs at clients
- support in (closing) and managing employment contracts and service agreements
- management of our mutual relationship (through, among other things, informing through newsletters, vacancies and marketing messages)
- administration for our recruitment services
YOURAGENT will never share personal data with third parties without the consent of the candidate.
4. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
The legal basis for our processing of your personal data for the abovementioned purposes is your explicit permission or our legal duty. You have the right to withdraw the granted permission at any time. The withdrawal of your consent does not affect the legality of the processing prior to that withdrawal.
5. YOUR PERSONAL DATA
When you register on our website, get in contact with one of our employees or apply for a vacancy, we include the personal data provided by you in our database, in order to be able to manage it and to contact you. We make every effort to properly protect your personal data, but the security of data sent over the internet can not be fully guaranteed. If you are an independent service provider, we process your personal data in the same way to enter into a service agreement with you.
To be able to use the services we offer, a personal profile is created. To create this personal profile, a number of personal details are necessary.
We process the contact details and information provided by you directly to us in the context of recruitment (such as your CV and other relevant information in the context of recruitment, and correspondence with us regarding applications). In this way we can inform you about existing and future vacancies at our customers and invite you for activities related to recruitment.
We endeavor to keep your personal information secure, when sending personal data, take into account that the security of data sent over the internet can not be fully guaranteed.
6. STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
In the case of recruitment for our clients, we keep your personal data for as long as is necessary to complete the recruitment process. If we reasonably expect to have other interesting vacancies for you in the near future, we will keep your personal data for these purposes. We store your data on a well-secured CRM cloud server that is compliant with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This is a secure environment that only authorized employees have access to.

By sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org you can view, change or delete your data. In order to protect your privacy, we will have to properly determine your identity in this respect to ensure that the information is provided to the right person, or that the details of the right person are changed or deleted.
If you wish to view your personal data, you will receive as soon as possible, but in any case within the statutory period, an overview of your personal data in our database in accordance with the guidelines of the General Data Protection Regulation. If you wish to change your personal details, we will implement these changes as soon as possible in your personal profile. If you wish to have your data removed from our database, we will initiate this procedure as soon as possible and inform you in accordance with the protocol drawn up on the basis of the guidelines of the General Data Protection Regulation.
